Do You Eat Granola?

That may seem like a silly question for us to ask…but you can fulfill your craving for granola and make a donation to Survivor Journeys™ at the same time. You can eat good and do good at the same time!

Purchase Jeff’s Granola at your local Big Y and the proceeds go directly to Survivor Journeys™. Currently Jeff’s Granola is available in the East Longmeadow and Longmeadow Big Y and Fresh Acres and Survivor Journeys™ automatically receives the proceeds for all sales.

If you want to purchase it at another Big Y, please ask them to carry it. We are working on expanding availability to other area Big Ys and Highland Markets. Your requests can help make it happen! If you purchase Jeff’s Granola from other Big Ys, or on, choose Survivor Journeys™ as your charity of choice by logging on to and indicating the code on the back of the label.
