Survivor Journeys™ Announces Our 2019 Cancer Survivor Heroes

After an overwhelming response to our call for cancer survivor hero nominations, Survivor Journeys™ is pleased to announce the names of our 2019 Cancer Survivor Heroes who will be honored on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019, 6 p.m., at Monticello in Somers, CT.

• Liz Wilson Greer — Springfield, MA
• Candy Oyler — Southwick, MA
• Heidi Huhn–Partain — Suffield, CT
• Megan Rothschild — Northampton, MA
• Chris Thibault — Springfield, MA

These heroes have inspired their community and others as they persevered through the challenges of their diagnosis with a brave and determined spirit. Many of our heroes have volunteered in the community or inspired others to volunteer. Learn more about the honrees and watch their invterviews on WWLP.

Please join us for Celebrating Cancer Heroes on Thursday, Nov. 21 at Monticello, 732 Hall Hill Road, Somers, CT for a catered event to meet our heroes and congratulate them as we celebrate cancer survivorship. Tickets to the event are $85/person and $25 for individuals 18 and under. A limited number of tables of 10 are available. Reserve yours soon for $750.
