Max's Tavern at the Basketball Hall of Fame, Springfield, MA
Surviving Cancer involves more than the treatment prescribed. Sometimes there is little focus on the other aspects of a survivor's life during care and beyond. Cancer Survivorship 101 is designed to educate survivors, their loved ones, and anyone interested in some of the factors that can play a role before, during, and after diagnosis, such as nutrition, fitness, sleep, disability and more. Join us for this important forum, featuring clinical experts from the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven Health, and other experts to learn the latest on survivorship. This event is free and open to the public. Click the blue button at the top of this page to register. We would like to thank our sponsors, WWLP-TV22 and CW, Westfield Bank, Mercedes Benz of Springfield, and Jeff’s Granola. And special thanks to our vendors, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society, BrightStar Care, Camp Casco, Big Y, Fitzgerald Attorneys at Law, Livestrong/YMCA Westfield , Club Fitness, Cancer House of Hope, Facing Cancer Together.
