Survivor Journeys

Established as a non-profit organization in March 2015, Survivor Journeys is a community-based support network of professionals from diverse clinical and community backgrounds including; physicians, behavioral health specialists, integrative treatment providers, cancer survivors and community leaders dedicated to providing cancer survivors, caregivers, and loved ones unique survivorship services in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut.

Who We Serve

Survivor Journeys supports adults, young adults, and pediatric cancer survivors, and their caregivers and loved ones.

  • Survivor peer mentoring program

  • Community-based referrals meeting the unique needs of cancer survivors and their loved ones
